Every application gets a reply
Fill this in and we'll come back to you within two working days. If you're licensed and available, we'd rather talk to you sooner than later — so put your real availability down, not what you think we want to hear.
Plenty of security firms will tell you they value their officers. Here is what that actually means in practice, and what you can hold us to.
Every shift, every week, without chasing. If we get your pay wrong we fix it that day, not next month. This is the single most common complaint officers have about the industry and the easiest thing to get right.
We place officers on the same sites wherever possible. You learn the building, the staff and the routine, and you are not driving somewhere new every week for a shift that might get cancelled.
Supplied free, replaced when worn. You are never asked to pay for your own uniform, radio, torch or PPE, and there are no deductions from your pay for equipment.
If something goes wrong at 3am you need a person, not a voicemail. Our supervisors are reachable on every shift, and they back officers who follow procedure.
Supervisor, control room and specialist routes are open to people already working for us. We would rather promote an officer who knows our sites than recruit a stranger into the role.
Breaks taken, hours recorded accurately, holiday pay correct, and no pressure to work a site you have raised a genuine safety concern about. Basic things, done properly.
We are a growing company, not a national chain. That means the work is real but the volume builds over time, so we would rather be honest about what hours we can offer than sign you up and leave you waiting by the phone.
If we have not got enough for you right now, we will say so. We would rather you knew that than lose you six weeks later.
