A straight answer within one working day
The more you tell us here, the more useful our reply will be. If you're not sure about something, leave it blank and say so — a site visit usually answers it faster than guessing does.
Security quotes all look similar on paper. These are the things that actually differ between providers, and where we are happy to be held to account.
Every officer holds a current SIA licence, verified against the public register before deployment. Ask us for the numbers and we will give them to you — you can check them yourself on the SIA site in under a minute.
Staff are vetted to BS7858: five-year employment history with gaps accounted for, identity and right-to-work verified, references taken. Not every provider does this properly, and it is worth asking yours.
The officer who turns up works for us. We do not quietly pass your contract to a third party at a lower rate and keep the difference, which is common in this industry and is how unvetted staff end up on sites.
A clear hourly rate, stated call-out charges, and no hidden uplifts for bank holidays that appear on the invoice three months in. If a rate changes, you hear it from us first.
Shift logs, patrol records with electronic checkpoint verification, and incident reports written the same day. You get the full picture, including the parts that were not perfect.
You deal with someone who can make a decision, not a call centre reading from a script. When something goes wrong at 2am, that difference is the whole service.
Sometimes you need less than you think. Plenty of sites are quoted for round-the-clock manning when mobile patrols and a fixed gate would cover the actual risk for a fraction of the cost. If that is your situation, we will say so in the quote.
Sometimes you need something we do not sell. If the real fix is better lighting, a repaired fence or a change to your key procedure, that goes in the report too. We would rather give you a smaller contract that works than a large one that does not.
